Our Services
At SkyBuy.lk, we offer reliable and efficient logistics support to ensure your products reach you on time. Our services include:
Island-wide product delivery
Scheduled pickups for returns or special deliveries
Secure Cash-on-Delivery (COD) handling
Package tracking and delivery notifications
Delivery Process
Delivery Timeline: Standard orders are delivered within 3 working days.
Delivery Attempts: We make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the item will be marked as “Failed to Deliver.”
Returns: Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse or to the seller.
Special Instructions: Please provide accurate delivery instructions (e.g., landmarks, availability) at checkout.
Pickup Services
Customers can schedule pickups for returns or special collections via their account dashboard or our customer service.
Ensure your items are securely packaged and clearly labeled before pickup.
Pickup requests must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for scheduling.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us serve you better, customers are expected to:
Provide accurate order and delivery information, including contact details.
Ensure the delivery address is accessible and safe for our delivery team.
Refrain from shipping any hazardous, prohibited, or illegal items.
Confirm that all return items are in original condition and correctly packaged.
SkyBuy.lk is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Rates, Invoicing & Payments
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location, weight, and delivery speed.
For business clients, invoices will be issued on a monthly basis and must be settled within 5 business days.
COD collections will be processed and settled according to our service agreement.
Liability & Limitations
We take great care in handling your orders. However, our liability is limited to the declared value of goods or a maximum of Rs. 5,000 for COD items.
We are not liable for damage to fragile items unless pre-approved or for events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal and order information is treated as confidential and is protected against unauthorized access or disclosure.
Indemnity
By using our service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless www.skybuy.lk from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from incorrect information provided or violations of this agreement (e.g., sending restricted items).
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding delivery, pickups, or this policy will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration under the laws of Sri Lanka.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in case of serious breach of this policy.
Amendments
SkyBuy.lk reserves the right to update or modify this Delivery & Pickup Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or on our website.
