Island-wide product delivery<\/p>\n

Scheduled pickups for returns or special deliveries<\/p>\n

Secure Cash-on-Delivery (COD) handling<\/p>\n

Package tracking and delivery notifications<\/p>\n

Delivery Process<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Delivery Timeline<\/strong>: Standard orders are delivered within 3 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Delivery Attempts<\/strong>: We make up to three delivery attempts<\/strong>. If unsuccessful, the item will be marked as \u201cFailed to Deliver.\u201d<\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong>: Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse or to the seller.<\/p>\n

Special Instructions<\/strong>: Please provide accurate delivery instructions (e.g., landmarks, availability) at checkout.<\/p>\n

Pickup Services<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Customers can schedule pickups for returns or special collections via their account dashboard or our customer service.<\/p>\n

Pickup requests must be placed at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong> for scheduling.<\/p>\n

Confirm that all return items are in original condition and correctly packaged.<\/p>\n

SkyBuy.lk is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information<\/strong> provided by the customer.<\/p>\n

Rates, Invoicing & Payments<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location, weight, and delivery speed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For business clients, invoices will be issued on a monthly<\/strong> basis and must be settled within 5 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

COD collections will be processed and settled according to our service agreement.<\/p>\n

Liability & Limitations<\/strong><\/h6>\n

We take great care in handling your orders. However, our liability is limited to the declared value of goods or a maximum of Rs. 5,000<\/strong> for COD items.<\/p>\n

Any disputes regarding delivery, pickups, or this policy will first be addressed through mutual discussion.<\/p>\n

If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration<\/strong> under the laws of Sri Lanka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Termination<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Either party may terminate services with 30 days\u2019 written notice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in case of serious breach of this policy.<\/p>\n
